TWO STEWARDESS POSITIONS - EUROPE

Offering 2 stewardess positions for the summer season, starting end of March, early April. Yacht prefers someone with a season of experience, but would be willing to employ a green crew member with the correct experience, training and attitude. This yacht has hired several of our previous SYSA Stewardess course graduates over the past few years.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE POSITION: (please only apply if you can tick all the boxes)

- EU/British passport
- STCW and PDSD
- ENG 1
- SYSA Stewardess course
- MCA FHS Level II

Boat currently in Italy, crew member will join there. Cruising Western Mediterranean and likely Greece.

The yacht is a Ferretti Navetta 33 Crescendo, private – Cayman Island Register – running with 6 crew.

Introduction to Floristry Course

This course is a for the absolute beginner and the more experienced florist.

It is a challenging course where you learn a wide variety of techniques and designs that are popularly used in flower arranging. This course covers traditional and more modern creative designs, and in this way it should appeal to everyone.

This course covers the following topics:
1. Purchasing and handling of flowers
2. Conditioning and Care of fresh flowers
3. Basic design concepts
4. Shapes and styles of arrangements
5. Colour and its effects
6. Choice and use of containers
7. Methods of arranging flowers and mediums into which to arrange them
8. Working with attributes in arrangements

What we will make:
1. Round country bowl
2. Modern vase of flowers
3. Line arrangement
4. Hand-tied Spiral Bunch
5. Phalaeonopsis orchid arrangement
6. Arrangement using branches/sticks

What you will get:
1. Take home all the arrangements you have made
2. An apron for you to keep
3. A booklet of illustrated notes
4. A certificate of attendance
